Quiet, cozy accommodation right by the edge of the forest The available booking period is released monthly, 3 months in advance, due to the sale of the property. The fenced, sloped property of the 60 sqm apartment with a large covered terrace is located on the outskirts of town and offers direct access to the forest through the garden. Free public parking is available in front of the house. Shops and public transport are within easy walking distance. The apartment is on the basement level and can be reached via a few stairs from the street through a separate entrance. Free Wi-Fi and a LAN connection are available. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher (dishwasher tabs included), fridge with freezer, stove, oven, blender, hand blender, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired. The stove is fitted with child safety protection. Basic supplies such as salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, spices, kitchen paper, as well as coffee, coffee whitener, various teas, sugar, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil are also provided. The bedroom features a smart TV and a 160x200 cm double bed. The living room offers a pull-out sofa bed (140x200 cm). Toilet paper, aluminum foil, cling film, garbage bags, laundry detergent, fabric softener, various cleaners, cloths, hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel are also available.

Located next to the Höllental, near the Saale with its beautiful river bends, the Rennsteig, and the Frankenwaldsee, this apartment is fully accessible with step-free entry and a walk-in shower—an ideal starting point for hikes and nature adventures. Private parking is available right next to the accommodation. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a complimentary drink, fresh fruit, and a bottle of water per person. The apartment offers internet TV, music via a smart speaker, board games and books for all ages, as well as regional information. A shared laundry room with washing machine (detergent provided) and drying rack is available. Toilet paper, kitchen towels, and cleaning products are stocked in the utility room. The surrounding area offers many destinations and natural experiences: Höllental (about 5 min) with gorges, rocks, and trails; the Saale and its bends (about 15 min) for hiking, cycling, and canoeing; the Rennsteig (about 15 min), a historic ridge trail with panoramic views; Frankenwaldsee (about 15 min) for walks, swimming, and fishing; Lichtenberger See and the Lichtenberg castle ruins (about 10 min); the Frankenwald Nature Park with dense forests, ridges, and many hiking and cycling routes; Bad Steben (about 15 min) with spa, park, healing springs, and escape room.
